Bio

I am a versatile researcher in physical activity, sports science and human engineering. I obtained a PhD in exercise physiology. My current research focuses on the promotion of physical activity and healthy lifestyles. This work includes:

Hobbies & lifestyle

I like swimming, especially in open water, outdoor activities, boardsports (skiing, snowboarding, surfing...) and camping in the wild. I have played ice hockey at national level.

I am also an active travelling enthusiast with about 2500km completed every year.
